Karen Haynes: I don't use this very often, but have been very pleased with it for whole bean coffee grinding. Haven't tried it for other uses yet. Don't know what to say about heavy usage, but for how often I use it, I highly recommend.

Alpacamade: Attractive '50s design. Nice large plastic top that also doubles as a cup to transfer ground coffee into another container. Stainless steel grinding hopper and blade. The stainless hopper is wide and deep. Good value for the pricepoint.

Camellia Willowbottom: My coffee maker has a grinder on it, but it is way too loud for early mornings. I can grind my coffee with this and keep in a mason jar for later use. This one is not loud and does the job easily. I fill my jar with ground coffee once a week and I get to enjoy fresher better tasting coffee. This does not do multiple grind types but works for me.

Berthold Haas: We had a German “Melitta” coffee grinder for many years and we delighted in how functional and durable it was. When it finally gave up its ghost, we tried several other brands but none seemed to match the one we had before. But then we found the Redmond. It clearly surpasses even the Melitta. Aside from its very appealing appearance, its function and overall design is entirely superior to anything we’ve had before. A delightful little machine of which alone the prospect of getting to use it in the morning to make my coffee puts me in a good mood.
