Sacred Broccoli: I had a wasp problem.... "had". Those little bastards would hang around the front door and my office window, where the humming birds would feed, until the wasps chased them off.
The two rackets came fully charged and dilivered a satisfying snap and/or sizzle when contact was made with the offenders.
My genocidal rampage lasted for two days and off of the original charge. I didnt tire as the rackets are light and swing with ease.
I highly recommed!

Vahagn: Due to assembly errors some of them may not perform as designed. Only one of two zappers worked upon arrival. Had to disassemble and separate wires inside the handle, keeping them away from each other on High Voltage side. Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase..

Bajan4life: I love this thing!!! Every time I open my doors bugs love to come swarming in. Before the zapper it was quite a messy cleanup from killing mosquitoes and other bugs off the walls. Now it’s a game of gotcha and no messy cleaning of the walls and ceiling. Charges it and then the pleasant sounds of bugs going to the after life were heard. This thing works great and of decent quality, we will see how long it last. No hitting the walls with it now!! Great buy!

Monontheroad: Works exactly as it should. Sounds viscous when you get an insect but you know it’s dead. Love the fact that it’s safe around children even when on. Nothing happens. Have used it continuously to great effect.

D. Yen: I really got this to kill mosquitos. For the most part, one zap and the mosquitos are dead...I think. The problem is that the electric shock sends the insect flying to who knows where. I have seen one mosquito land and it was dead. Flies, however, don't seem to die. They are stunned. This is when knowing where the fly went is helpful. The device stuns the fly. I have zapped flies three times and they are still alive. It's not the charge since the device was at full charge. It stuns them making them easier to kill. The main advantage of this system is that it takes accuracy of the kill down which makes killing these pests easier.

Sisters Forever: Gadget déclaré d'utilité publique! Cette raquette pratique sera votre alliée indispensable dans votre lutte contre les nuisibles volants. De fabrication solide, avec une batterie rechargeable (1 recharge pour l'instant en 2 semaines) et même une lumière bleue intégrée pour (je suppose) les attirer (pas vraiment indispensable mais on ne va pas s'en plaindre), la chasse est aussi efficace que (j'ose dire) ludique. Cela restera cependant en utilisation d'appoint contre les quelques insectes qui nous tiennent tête après les avoir repoussés plusieurs fois: autrement plus difficile de courir en permanence pour éliminer les hordes qui peuvent parfois apparaître en été (mais vous pouvez toujours vous y amuser voire défouler). Petit bémol pour les acheteurs du 2-pack: il n'y a en effet qu'un seul cordon de recharge fourni, ce qui est un peu inattendu et un peu gênant. Mais pour conclure: entièrement satisfait de mon achat pour l'instant. C'est un très bon rendement prix/qualité/efficacité.

JOJO: acheté ce lot de raquettes il y a juste 2 mois ; une raquette ne fonctionne déjà plus (je viens donc de mettre en charge la 2e). Décevant si la durée de vie est si courte !!!! pouvez-vous me la remplacer svp ? est-il nécessaire de vous retourner l'article défectueux (il est bon pour la poubelle) j'ai la boîte mais pas d'étiquette de retour ? les voyants s'allument mais le "piège" à mouche est mort.... j'ai failli, à juste titre, enlever des *

2e RAPPEL : combien de msg devrais-je encore vous envoyer avant d'avoir une réponse concrète ! dois-je vous retourner la raquette qui ne fonctionne plus et vouée à la poubelle et allez-vous me la remplacer ? cliente de longue date chez Amazon et satisfaite dans l'ensemble, cette fois très déçue de n'avoir aucune réponse concrète.

Doug BDoug B: I like leaving my front door open and the security door screen openings are big enough that sometimes small gnats get thru. And it's unavoidable to periodically have a fly or other insect sneak in when the front door is open. I haven't owned a regular fly swatter in a long time and I'm always looking around for a newspaper or something I can roll up to try and swat the little buggers. Finally I decided to bite the bullet and buy a fly swatter but saw these electric ones that are now being sold so I thought I'd try the ZAP it.

It was easy enough to charge and seemed to charge pretty fast. Naturally I didn't have any bugs flying around the house for a few weeks, but then I finally got a chance to use it. It took a little getting used to having to push the "ON" button with your thumb to make it work before swatting, but it definitely works well. The greatest thing about this unit is that you only have to make contact with the bug, you don't have to smash it. And while it doesn't always kill the bug, it stuns it so it falls to the ground where you can finish the job.

I wish I never had to deal with bugs flying around the house, but this is more effective than a regular...
