I'm 37. My kid is 14. I'm trying everything to try to stay in shape. My legs ache. This product, for a household of three athletes provides the same effect as like an amino acid shot. Having trimmed back down from 223- 193 I have ruptured the calf, the menial head of the calf muscle, torn bicep x 2, inflammation thats frankly cartoonish and 3 x ER for dehydration.
Maybe you won't have the same result but even on level 1 for 10 minutes I can run with 17-25 crowd, full tilt both sides of the ball. Then I use it for 20 minutes level 2 to flush. Next I use during sleep a light compression on what would have been a softball knee and calf the following morning.
A really wonderful product ideal for your kiddo at a multi game day event. Their competitor hyperice claims their unit gives the same effect as a restful 24 hour period. While reathlete makes no such claims I can self attest to restfulness and readiness the product does provide.
