donna rodriguez: I received the package today. It showed no signs of tampering. I cut it open and the plastic container the batteries were in was open and batteries all inside the shipping bag. I counted the batteries in the bag and there were only 58. I ordered and paid for 60.

RW: I've used this brand of batteries before. They seem to work great. I just wanted to comment on the fact that the package of batteries I received had been opened, and the batteries were rolling around in the shipping envelope. I hope the batteries are new and not used.

Kindle Customer: I always buy this brand of batteries. They seem to last much longer than other brands. I ordered these at the end of September but didn’t open until yesterday. It seemed some were missing. I counted and I only received 66 and not the advertised 72. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars based on past performance. I would purchase again and would recommend this battery over others.

Stan: AMAZON beat price anywhere I looked, love RAYOVAC especially for the "no leak" feature. Sometimes you forget about a device and at least no worry that it gets ruined with battery goop!

Serge: The title says it all. I don't hesitate to use them in camera flashes, in remote controls, any application that requires alkaline batteries, and which could be costly to replace due to battery leakage.

As an electronics systems designer I work with battery powered industrial electronics extensively. Longevity and performance is critical in these applications.
To test batteries they are subject to being tested on a piece of equipment called a programmable load tester. This piece of equipment is programmed so it provides a much more rigorous set of conditions than a remote control or a battery. For example, one key test that is performed is "internal resistance". This test indicates how readily current can flow from the battery on demand. Rayovac batteries performed better than all other brands tested. The other test is called "constant current". This tests the life of the battery when a specific fixed current is drawn from the battery. The longer it lasts the better the battery is. Again, Rayovac beat the other brands by a wide margin.
This feedback supports others on this product page that say the same thing. Exceptional batteries for the price. Its what I specify in designed products, home and personal use.
