The Revving Reverend: This is my second one of this style mount. I needed the second because I just bought another bike. It holds well and at 75+ mph (not saying how high I got, lol) it held sturdy as can be. The supplied rubber strap gives that added peace of mind and security. I expect long life out of it as my last one is over 12 years old and still working fine, with it's rubber strap still holding up.

LRSLRS: Lo compré para mí móvil rugerizado ya que al ser bastante grande no era compatible con los soportes convencionales. Hay que encontrarle la posición o el punto para que no vibre pero una vez encontrado apenas vibra el móvil.

Devin Conklin: Bought for my motorcycle. Worked but the rubber easily rips and once they’re ripped the phone doesn’t stay perfectly in place. At high speeds the phone will slip down a little but I’ve never had it fall out

Eri: Montado en una barrra de aproximadamente 1,3 cm de diámetro sin problemas. Las abrazaderas para el móvil hacen muchísima fuerza y lo sujetan a la perfección, aunque como máximo se le puede poner un móvil rugerizado de 1 cm de grosor mas o menos.

Andrew: Purchased this having hear good things amongst the motorcycle community.
Pro's - It came with two different size brackets to mount to the handlebar so there is a good likelihood that it will fit to most bikes. It was quick to assemble and mount. Once in place and tightened down, it doesn't move whatsoever. It grips the phone surprisingly well though it was supplied with a rubber harness for extra peace of mind. The ball joint makes it possible to position the mount in any way you choose.

Con's - The rubber grips that hold the phone have a tendency to make installing/removing any bike covers a bit tricky
The optional rubber harness has a reputation for tearing though I have not experienced this myself (yet)
The quick release nature of the x-grip itself makes it an easy target for the light-fingered.
Quite expensive for what it is.
Doesn't have any inbuilt vibration dampening.

The pro's outweigh the cons though in my opinion and i'm glad I bought one.

Michael&Victoria: Pros: So, the grip itself holds the phone pretty well, no complaints there. I love you can set up the phone positioning in any way you like, I also like that just about every part of the phone grip is replaceable so you dont have to get a whole new grip if a part fails on this one.

Cons: The rubber grips for the pivoted arms need to be glued on and RAM provides the glue in the package, though it is easy to get clue on the outside of the rubber pieces ruining the aesthetic. They are also very generous on the amount of glue provided. Question is - why not glue those down at the factory? You will sell the money on extra glue as well and save customers extra work.

Also, the pivot ball is tightened by 2 springloaded plates and doesnt much like to stay in place. It tends to tilt the phone when im riding hard in twisties, and the way it is designed only allows for so much tention on the ball (or maybe its just mine).

The grip is also a bit tall. That allows for more adjustment forbwhere you would like to mount it on the bike but on my MT09 it sits right in the middle and comes all the way out a half tank. This should be customizeable.
