Jay: if your thinking about getting a waist trainer, this one is a must. Not only does it have hooks, it also has a zipper to zip over the hooks, it’s comfortable. First day i wore it, i wore it for hours without it slipping or rolling down. BUY one!

Tina Law-Walls: I needed something more than a regular back brace after laparoscopic hysterectomy left a bit of stomach muscle sticking out a bit. Not uncomfortable but does look weird. Also said surgery aggravated my chronic lower back issues so gave this a try. I wasn't sure if 3x would work as it might be too big so I went with 2x. I can't put it on standing up so did the old lie on the bed and suck it in and managed to get it on.
I have to say that once it's on it is very comfortable (although I ended up removing the ribs in the back because they dug into my hips). It doesn't impede breathing, eating, even sleeping. It has helped me stand without as much pain as I've been having and I'm hoping that the wayward stomach muscle will flatten out with help of this waist trainer. The Lumbar Support is what sold me to try this one over others. Hope this review helps others.
Added Apr. 28: After wearing it longer, I'm amending my review to say to order a size up, not two. It has stretched out enough that I no longer struggle to put it on, but it is still snug enough to provide the lumbar support I needed.

Amazon Customer: I did like it although it was small so I’m planning on getting a bigger size. I’m usually a large in shirts and size 12-14 in pants the size I got in the waist trainer was an XL , so I’d suggest to go at least two sizes up from your original sizing.

Urylee T.: Amazing! I was looking for a waist cincher to help with tummy control. I liked the way it was made when I saw the listing. I didn’t realize it was to used while exercising (I guess I didn’t read the full description) which I don’t do; but just from wearing it maybe 4 times a week for last 3 weeks I’ve lost over an inch in my waist. Again I say Amazing! Truth be told, I have to lay down to put it on, but it’s very comfortable to wear and nearly invisible under clothing. I definitely recommend!! And you can’t beat the price 😀
