love: Based on some of the reviews I saw a lot of people show damage or tearing to their actual stitching area. I have not experienced that one suggestion that I guess I would make is to make sure that you get the right size it fit perfectly mainly around the leg part as I was getting a lot of chafing when I am on the treadmill and this helped to alleviate that I bought creams and powders to help with that issue but this really alleviated the issue. If it's comfortably often when I'm working out I forget that I have it on and you definitely do work up a sweat. It's worth trying

Cami Bozeman: It does want it is supposed to in terms of cinching at waist and thighs, bjt here is my issue. I am of smaller stature (5'3" and 120lbs) looking to just add curve and help target problem areas. So, when I am moving, theegs don't want to stay and they start to slip or the waist doesn't get tight enough amd comes un-adhered to the small amount of velcro.
Additionally, when I am squatting or crunching, the edges want to lift and stick to each other when they tough (eg thighs to chest during bicycle crunches). Since I cannot get a secure fit, I usually just don't wear it and will have to order them either as separate pieces or just a waist cincher...

Sheeka BSheeka B: I enjoy this body trimmer! I’ve had it for about 1 week and it’s easy to put on and remove. I hand wash it after each workout, and I also make sure to air dry it. It fits as expected, although I think I should’ve ordered a size down. The great thing about it is that it does not roll of bunch up on the waist area, although I wish it were a little longer. I have a medium length torso so it either covers my who tummy but not up high enough, or it’s high and my tummy hangs out lol. I also think there should be one more strap on each thigh, maybe an internal one as when you do any leg exercises it tends to shift and loosen up. Overall: great for the price, shipping was fast and easy, and I’ll be looking at other products as well from this company.

Ray: Male buyer but 2 spirits. Just wanted to see how much this helps on legs and booty day. I can definitely feel support and better posture wearing this. I can tell it is made for wide hips. It runs large, even for a male. I should have ordered a medium instead of large. It still fits but is borderline too big. I have a 34 inch waist and 40 inch thighs. 170 pounds and 5'10". This should give you a idea on sizing.

It is cumbersome putting it on. I can tell the waist trimmer is working. It gets hot and you sweat a lot more.

Cece: Great Body Shaper for the price. It is very comfortable and made of breathable fabric. The Velcro is very strong and the size was actually bigger than I expected. I ordered an XL For me I am a bit tall or weirdly proportioned So there is a gap above my belly button to my pelvic area which is ok because it allows me more flexibility while working out . Over all it is a great quality product I can’t wait to see how it hold up after I wear it for a while . It’s true to size so if you are bigger than an XL you may be able to still get into the XL because I had about 2 inches in the waist left when connecting the stomach area and left over space in the thigh area as well
