So the main thing is you need to know is read the instructions. You have to have both bare feet on to feel it and might need to turn it up as the first setting is fairly weak. Once you get a hang of it, itt works great... Very relaxing and breaks up stiffness or sore muscles from leg day.

Purchased the QUINEAR Foot and Back Massager as a gift through Amazon's Lightnings Deals. Arrived on time and in good condition. The device itself is light, was packed very well in the box, surrounded by protective foam. Ready to plug in and use. The recipient was pleased with the foot massage effects. The heat option is fairly mild, but the rotary mechanisms have enough options (speed and direction) to compensate. It does help to relieve foot pain, improve circulation, and stimulate muscles. All and all a good purchase. I would recommend it.
