Quictent 8x8 Pop Up Canopy with Netting Screen House Gazebo and Mesh Side Wall for Instant Setup

BW: We bought this tent in 2020 and it is a really nice tent. It's on our deck and is a nice shady area for breakfast or taking a break. The tent itself is of decent quality and very easy to set up. But it's not the most durable tent.

There was a big storm and we didn't take the tent down in time. It was lifted off our deck and several parts were damaged and some metal was broken and/or bent (the tent was tied down too, but I guess not strong enough).

Another rain storm a year later caused the canopy to break and the weigh of the water also caused a couple of the metal pieces to break.

Both times, customer service was amazing. They were quick to respond and were quick to provide some options for repair. Our most recent experience was with Lynn and our problems were quickly resolved. Removing the broken parts and installing the new pieces were extremely easy to do. And the price they gave us for the replacement parts wasn't too bad. And even when I made a mistake with the initial replacement order, Lynn quickly sent out the additional part and didn't charge me for it.

I'd give the tent itself a 3 or 4 star. But the fact that customer service was so good and...

Margaret: This was originally purchased for outside work during the pandemic to keep the sun off of clients. It was purchased for the smaller footprint and tall height.

We purchased two. This is great because it comes with 4 sand bags and each tent is easy to assemble and disassemble. It does take two people to assemble easily. My business partner has been able to assemble them by himself but he says it requires strength and long arms.

Time to assemble the first time (unwrapping and figuring out directions-15 minutes). Second time (3 minutes) . Third and later (under two minutes).

I have not been using the walls as we purchased for shade and clients go in and out on most sides. We were able to easily attach a tarp on one side to increase shade.

The top seems like it will not last long if put out in the elements overnight so we always put it away at the end of a work day. (Time-1 minute to go down) (2 minutes to put back in roller bag). We leave the top attached but are careful to remove Velcro clips from the ceiling supports first.

On the weekends I put these up for meetings in the backyard and they work well there too.

Paula Grond: Was apprehensive because of cost. It is a nice product. Definitely needs 2 people to put up and take down. It did withstand a storm but in a sheltered area. Sewn Velcro could use reinforcements. Also could use a ground peg loop to keep the zipper firm when opening and closing the tent. Overall it kept mosquito away!!! And it's visually appealing. The no see him screen is great.

Kelsey Ruth: This tent looks really nice. I purchased it for dual use, 1)screened tent for camping. My parents have a different brand 10x10 pop up tent, so I know it is a decent size to fit over camp ground picnic tables. and 2) as a canopy for outdoor events that i participate in as a vendor. I wanted white, as some events require white canopies and they look more professional. but white wasnt an option. I got beige, and i think it still looks very nice, and is a light enough color to let plenty of light through.

First impressions:
1. I did not receive any ropes or stakes, which is clearly stated in the description and details that they should be included. I contacted the seller, but I doubt that I will hear back in time to get any (if they send any) before my trip next week. Luckily, I have spares from old tents and can use those.
UPDATE ON MISSING ITEMS: I contacted the seller the same day to let them know i did not receive the stake and ropes. They responded very quickly and shipped some to me right away. They came in the day before I left for my trip. So 5 stars for customer service and making that right in a very quick and timely manner.
