Ease of opening: I actually needed help getting the multiple layers of plastic off of the mattress.
Comfort: it's very comfortable. I weigh 346lbs and it's really comfy.
Support: It's supportive, albeit a little hard since it's extra firm. But if you want, you could get a mattress pad for it. I just opted not to, because I wanted an extra firm mattress and didn't think I'd need a pad.
Expansion: I slept on it the very first night and it's great. You really don't need to wait 72 hours for the mattress to fully expand. Cut the outer plastic and just roll around on it a lot and you're good.

I bought two of these mattresses for a bunk bed and they fit perfectly, I'm pregnant and weigh about 185 and these beds are decently comfortable, my kids haven't complained at all yet, it's obvious that it's a spring mattress but if you put a topper on it it'll probably be comfortable enough for a teenager or adult. They came rolled up in a box and inflated instantly, no need to wait for them to fill out like memory foam mattresses. They're pretty lightweight too, I was able to put them on the bunk bed by myself while pregnant. They were also triple sealed so no need to worry about bugs, there is no way they could get into the mattress. I definitely recommend these if you need a cheap mattress for your kids.
