CHAz: My old heating pad was a work-horse that took about 15 years to die, and then I bought this one. This has some benefits compared to my old one: 1) the pad itself is a bit bigger; (2) the cord is a bit longer; (3) it has a timer feature, so will shut off (helpful if you fall asleep with it); and (4) it's so soft. Highly recommend it.

SandiE: I bought this heating pad to replace a really old one with a plastic cover. This heating pad is definitely an upgrade! It is soft and is almost like a mini heated blanket! It gets really hot on the highest setting and I like that it has a timer. I am going to purchase one for my daughter for Christmas!

Jeanette: Well to be more precise, my mother-in-law loves it!! 😘 She broke her upper arm a bit ago and although she is still going through PT to help her get some motion back, nothing feels better than a warm heat to ease the pain and discomfort! This heating pad is perfect! Great size too 12x24 covers the front and back of her shoulder area and distributes the heat evenly! We bought the blue one…mom’s favorite color👍👍. Oh yes, can’t beat the price either!!

Some1: Okay, so this is a decent heating pad, especially for the price. In terms of heating power, it does not get very hot, even when put on the highest setting. I do like the heating control, except that it is backlit, which means it lights up my room at night. :/ The timing setting is wonderful, as you have several good options, but the backlight is enough that I wouldn't purchase it again. I also like them to get a little hotter if possible. But overall, it's a good heating pad and mostly does the job!
