Fernley NV: I moved into a house with speakers in the ceiling everywhere. I didn't have an amplifier or receiver. This one was cheap and I wanted to amplify sound in living room from tv. I'm happy with the result.

Nancy Proska: I purchased this receiver to replace a poor Bluetooth receiver that came with 4 Pyle internal speakers about 2 years ago. This receiver has a blue tooth range of about 8’ as indicated in other reviews. I’ve added a BT extender for about $20, plugged into the auxiliary port. The receiver now works well with good sound quality on the 200W speakers previously installed - much better than the original BT receiver which was flimsy and had limited range. Now planning to add to outdoor speakers for the other 2 channels. Sound quality is really good and 6 channel capability allows volume control on each individual speaker. So far, the receiver offers good value based on functionality and quality. 4 stars based on the need for the BT extender. FM capability is an added bonus - decent reception.

El producto llegó bien empacado. Al sacarlo escuché que en su interior sonaban unas piezas sueltas y observé que el costado de una salida de audio estaba sumida. Lo necesitaba para una reunión y decidí abrirlo. Comprobé que donde entra el tornillo para sujetar la salida de audio estaba rota. Decidí repararlo colocando pegamento de contacto. El amplificador suena muy bien. Escribo esta información para que mejoren su control de calidad. Gracias.

RR: I use this to power ceiling speakers in a new multi level home, 2 in kitchen, 2 in vaulted great room, 2 in large rec room downstairs. The amp allows me to control the volume in the zones without having to install separate zone controls in the rooms (contractor left wall boxes for this purpose). Overall it works great, has many features, and does the job.

If I were to criticize anything, I’d warn you this is for background music in my home. Even with good speakers it does not provide the sound quality an audiophile would want. When I want to listen to music, I have a proper stereo system downstairs. When I work in my office, I have a high quality Bluetooth speaker. That should explain what I mean about the sound quality of the Pyle. Good for background music if guests are over or doing chores around the house.

Second critique that is also well covered here. The range of the Bluetooth is short. I have to leave my iPhone within 20 ft (no walls) or signal breaks up.

Third and final critique is that it only covers 6 speakers (which is 3 L/R channels IMO, not “6 channels” as unit is described). I wish it had a 4th channel to power my back porch speakers too....

Carlos Osornio: I had to wait 2+ months to finally receive my amplifier. I was surprised on how small and well-made it is. The nice box has solid buttons an knobs (plastic) that don't feel cheap. As with many Pyle products you have to guess on the real specs. Based on the low weight and power, I would say this is a Class D amplifier with no more than 20 RMS watts per channel. The overall sound is good, although at high levels with all the speakers attached, the limited power supply will have to cut the peaks and noticeable distortion will appear. Bluetooth is easy to pair and has the average distance, but you have to play with the eq settings to find a good sound. The remote control does not turn off the amplifier, only the BT/Tuner module, so you have to manually turn it on and off on each use. No matter what you were using, when you turn it on will default to aux input. The mic inputs are useless, the echo is very artificial so don't recommend for karaoke. You can hook up to 12 speakers, but for some (cost) reasons the channel array is very weird. There are six channel volume knobs, and each of them control two speakers with exactly the same audio.
