Elizabeth Crout: These work great but they don’t stay on very well. I had to keep putting it back on every few minutes

Rachelle: Great shield and I love the case. I was using the Mandela nipple shield at the hospital and it’s a lot thicker compared to this one. I love how it clings you my nipple smoothly but unfortunately my son doesn’t latch on it as well as the madela one. I’m not sure if it is because it’s thinner or because he was used to the other one but I just don’t use it as often as I wanted to

Lynette: I’m a second time mum and breastfed my first child. My second child has had a range of oral issues (high pallet, overbite, grade 4 posterior tongue tie) that have made breast feeding almost impossible. I expressed and bottle fed for the first 5 weeks until I came across these shields. I’d used it he shields to no success to try and assist bub in latching, but these are the perfect size and thickness that she can’t latch and properly feed.
I’m so thankful for these shields and 10/10 recommend. I wouldn’t be able to breastfeed without them, I own 9 of them so I can ensure I always have one on hand whether I’m at home or out and about.
They have helped us while she grows big enough that now I can occasionally feed without them or take them off mid feed.
Thank you!

Lemon: So I found these more difficult to use than other brands(Mamivac and medulla) because the thickness and shape made them flip wrong way while feeding covering babes nose so I have to physically hold it during the feed.

Emily89: We’ve used four different brands of nipple shield in our breastfeeding journey. My son has a poor latch and spent the first 8 weeks of his life in the NICU, so we mostly bottlefeed but I wanted to have that bonding time of breastfeeding at least a couple times a day.
In case there are others like me that are sitting through the options and trying to figure out what to use, I thought I’d leave this comparison review on all four listings. I hope it helps!
So in order from best to worst nipple shields that we used:
1- MAM (5 stars) We use MAM bottles, and this is really an easy transition for the kiddo. It stays on remarkably well, which is very important when the baby likes to grab it! Only downside is the sizes available — 17mm and 23mm. I’m a solid size 20. We use the 17 and it works fine, just a bit snug for me and a bit more difficult to put on. But the most important thing to me is that my son latches easily and it stays put, so this is the clear winner for me!
2- Lansinoh (4 stars). The Lansinoh nipple shields are actually quite different from the other three we tried. They’re thicker for one, which does not feel great on the breast. I do...

Sarah Ownby: I saw a You Tube video where a mom recommended these specific shields so I ordered 24mm and 20mm shields because I wasn't sure which size I needed. The 24's were perfect and I'm very happy with my order. The customer service was excellent when I asked about exchanging my 20's. The shields are a thinner plastic (which I like because it feels more natural) and the shape just seems easier for my preemie twins to get in their mouths. My nipples were so sore but using the shield has allowed me to tolerate breastfeeding for longer and it's slowly getting better. I also like the shape of the plastic that keeps them on my breast. The triangle cut out shape is very useful for not blocking their nose and is different from the Medela shield that only has one cut out and needs to be positioned perfectly to not flip up in the baby's face. I have already recommended these to my lactation consultant and a few friends, and I will probably buy more to keep in the diaper bag and around the house because they are so affordable. I think this is an excellent product

Amazon Customer: We just had a 3month old son. He had trouble with breastfeeding and he would only take breastmilk through bottle. My wife have went though many lactation/breastfeeding class and tried using nipple shield from Medela none of them really help. Being our first kid and with the lack of experience we thought feeding him breastmilk through bottle (pump out) would be ok. It turns out that it's not only ultra cumbersome (washing/sterile the bottle, pumping and warming the breastmilk) but most importantly pumping is not as nearly as efficient comparing to the infant getting the milk straight from the breast. In this three months of sole breastmilk pumping, my wife had many episodes of breast engorgement/block duct even she spend countless of hours pumping every day and night (because breast pump (including those that are called hospital grade) often had difficulties of getting out the hidemilk). She was so exhausted and painful with the problems and in the verge of giving up breastfeeding. In the mean while, I saw this product and would decide to give it a try. She put it on and our boy would immediately latch on and being breastfeeding (YES after three months into bottle-feed). Compare to...

Ashlyn Pereira: I wanted shields that weee on the smaller side because just like flange sizes for pumping, I though my baby would get more milk out with proper fitting shields. They were great! Did the job!
