Allan Oil: I respect Dr. Chauncey and get his monthly journal for years now. But this book, while full of a lot of information, was outdated maybe a month after it was published given how fast new information is discovered about COVID. I think it is incumbent upon the Doctor to update this book with the latest information or at least have a place to go where one can download updates since I understand printing another version could be cost prohibitive.

Salli C Skinner-Meacham: This is an excellent book and should be read by everyone.
My only thought is that it does not, or seems not to, make suggestions for Senior Citizens such as sleeping. Until I started taking B complex at bedtime it would take me a long time to go to sleep. I also catnap in the afternoon.
I am not splitting hairs here and have figured out how to do stuff appropriately for us.
The authors did a great job of researching the information and listed what has not ben mentioned on the news.
I learned a lot from reading this. It was well worth the price and the time spent. This virus will be around unl a vaccine is available and will be a yearly occurance. In the meantime take responsibility for keeping healthy. y attention to the foods you eat; get the vitamins suggested in later chapter and stay safe. hank you all for reading this review. Thanks to the authors for their great job of researching and putting it all together.

Richard AraujoRichard Araujo: I highly recommend "Beat The Coronavirus, Fight Back" by Dr. Chauncey Crandall, M.D and Charlotte Libov. It is informative and answers so many questions we have about the virus and how to protect and understand what it means to be safe. If you have any questions on why we should be wearing a mask, and protecting ourselves and others after reading the book you will make sure you don't leave home without a mask. He answers so many basic questions and guides the reader on how to protect oneself and helps you understand the virus and it's origins. My congratulations to the authors for publishing such a timely informative book. Do yourself a favor and get it now.

Dave K: “Knowledge is power” as the old saying goes, and this book is an invaluable source of knowledge in the midst of the current confusion and mixed messages about Covid-19. The information presented is clear and concise and it is presented in an easily digestible format, which makes it easy for everyone to read and understand. As a practicing Psychotherapist, I am recommending this book to everyone I know, including my patients. The reason is simple: the human mind is a miraculous organ which tends to ‘fill in the blanks’ in the absence of information, and this often leads to anxiety and worry. The facts and information presented in this important book go a long way toward providing the information that has been lacking about the virus, and thus can help reduce anxiety levels in everyone who reads it. Kudos, Dr. Crandall and Charlotte Libov, and thank you for being beacons of light in this pandemic!

007: Good overall reference piece on Covid but outdated now.
This was written before the 2 vaccines were approved.
Plenty of other good stuff though including good info on nutrition, vitamins, sleep, exercise and non vaccine therapeutic approaches.
