Eric: I have been a hard rock/metal drummer for a good number of years now and I used to always be a fan of Vic Firth, however, I used to chew through sticks in no time. Finally I found these and I haven't ever looked back. These sticks have some serious strength and definitely outlast any Vic Firth sticks I have had. They feel amazing, the weight and balance are perfect and you just can't go wrong with these. These are now my goto sticks and I will remain a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. Amazon Customer: Never drummed before, read reviews and selected this product. I have used them about 8-10 times at cardio drum class. They are fine. Lightweight enough that my hands don’t tire, strong enough for drumming as in the class. I am satisfied with this product. I do hope they hold up for a long time.

Blam-o: What's brown and sticky? A stick! These sticks work great for metal drumming or soft jazz. Need to rake a stick across a bell tree? Look no further. Need something to hit a cowbell? You guessed it! Need a snare drum stick? These are the answer. From practice to performance, these work perfectly for all aspects of your percussion needs. Except timpani. And maybe chimes. Also probably not good for marimba, xylophone, or bells. So maybe just drumming needs & a few other applications. Probably also not great for triangle. Might work with tambourine but probably better to just not.
