These timers are fine, and I like that they support grounded plugs, but they are like many such timers in that they can be a bit confusing if you don’t used them a lot. Improvements would include:
Label on the unit explaining the position the pins need to be placed in for On times. Some such times have pins in down position for On and some use up position.
Include a PM and AM next to the 5 or 6 o’clocks on the dial. This would a make it more obvious which hours of the day you were setting on the dial
