aaron Wagner: We purchased this to replace several other coffee makers that just didn't last. We went through 3 makers in a year and decided to try this one in the hope that it would hold up like the Cuisinart we several years ago. Indeed it has been great. Easy to use, flavor is great. The only downfall is that the carafe drips a lot when you pour.
We broke the original pot though. We replaced it with the Cafe Brew branded universal replacement and it the coffee maker lives on! In fact, the replacement carafe is better than the original.

Dan Joseph: I kept this in a box for a year before using. I was planning on moving, so I waited till I got to my new house to use it. I finally got to use it and was amazed by how great this coffee maker is. It kinda looks like another brand that is well known but the quality and function of this coffee maker is fantastic! Wish I had opened it much sooner. Easy ton use and makes a great pot of coffee. You can control the brew strength, cleaning, caraf temp, set a timer etc. Really great machine!

Karen Recinos: Wow I just found my favorite maker of all time. 💝 I can use less coffee and use the bold setting for excellent flavor. The 4 hour warming plate is perfect for my and my husband's schedules and coffee flavor is excellent with no old or burnt flavor. BUT you don't have to settle for other coffee makers pots turning off with only 2 hour warning, you adjust that in 30 minute increments. What other maker does that??? 😄The warming plate has 3 YES 3 temps. It's sleek and fits perfectly in many areas of my kitchen. The removable filter basket is durable. It's SUPER EASY to program. I've owned this long enough to test and be certain that my review is accurate. I may buy another just in case they discontinue it or I can't find it years from now when I need another. No disappointment or regret buying this coffee maker ❣️

"B": This coffee maker is made for those of us who like to just get up and get a refill without waiting. And when you do you know your coffee will be HOT but not stronger than when you made it. You can set it to keep your coffee warm from a few minutes to4 hours. You can also set it for how strong you want your coffee. The built in filter is easy to clean or if you are lazy like me just drop a paper filter in on top of it. The only thing wrong with this is the directions for how to use it are bad but it is esay to figure it out. I figured it out because I read a review that did not like the directions. Everything else about this coffee maker is GREAT!!! And it looks good too.

FayandNick: I’ll start with what I love about this coffee pot. It’s hot! Yay! I hate cold coffee. There is this feature where you can push a button for bold flavor and that works amazingly well. Wow! I love that feature. I had Cuisinart for 12-13 years. It was a sturdy machine except it had one design flaw that in the end was what made the coffee pot fail. The lid broke... Anyway, if I was to compare this new coffee pot with my old Cuisinart, I would have to say this one feels fragile. The glass pot is thin, and the whole thing seems fragile. It’s good quality, but delicate. I recently was able to see a brand new Cuisinart and it seemed fragile too. So...IDK? But in saying all that, it definitely makes a better cup of coffee than the Cuisinart.
What I find I don’t like is that you cannot put the pot or the filter in the dishwasher. Every day you have to wash it out and dry it. The lid doesn’t separate from the carafe so there’s no other option but to wash it and dry it by hand. The instructions were comical and confusing. It’s Chinese translated into English and a lot gets lost in the translation. I still don’t know how to do a lot of things with it. I figured out the...
