Ninja CFP201 DualBrew 12-Cup Coffee Maker: Brew Both Single Serve and Carafe Sizes with One System

Morgan: We purchased this when our previous ninja coffee maker got zapped by an electrical surge. We're impressed with how many "bells and whistles" this one has, and for a similar price as the old one! All of the different options for how many ounces to brew have proven to be useful. The holder to attach the coffee scooper to the machine is a great touch. We got a reusable filter and it seems to filter out much better than the previous version as well. It's really nice to have the k cup "pod" option when in a hurry too! Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mr. Bnwflix: I loved our Cuisinart brewer/pod combo. But our latest is on the fritz after about 3-4 years, and, at going on $200, I'm not sticking with something that expensive that I need to to replace every few years. Enter the Ninja CFP201 DualBrew System 12-Cup Coffee Maker. $119, makes K-cups, full pots, and everything in between. It will also make individual cups from grounds, so when our K-cups are gone, no more K-cups for us. The controls are also far less busy and more intuitive than the Cuisinart. We've had it a week or so, and it works great. The water tank on the Cuisinart was awkward, you had to pour it in over the K-cup tank into the back, usually creating a mess. This has one water tank for all functions, and it easily attaches and detaches to fill directly. And the pour! Fast and smooth, no drips no mess. So far, I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Dale Hindman: I have had this coffee maker for two weeks now. I make about 4 to 5 single cups per day, and I make a full carafe on the weekend days, so I definitely put a coffee maker to work. I just had problems with another brand where the single cup and the carafe came out in different spots - which eventually led to problems. My goal was to find a coffee maker where the single cup and the carafe used the same spout/water pump. This machine in the last two weeks has worked very well. It is not too difficult to figure out once you have read the owner's manual. I ordered a permanent basket filter at the same time as the coffee maker and the single cups and carafe both brew very quickly. The multiple water ports for the K-cup attachment make for a full-flavored cup of coffee. In addition to the multiple sizes available to brew, there is also a classic, rich, and iced coffee setting to determine how strong you like your coffee. The rich setting reduces the size of your cup by one ounce to make it a little stronger. When the carafe is removed, there is a fold down platform to set your single serve coffee cup on to brew. joannj: After my last Keurig died after less than 2 years, I sent it to the dump where I have buried at least 8 others over the years. I saw this Ninja on Prime Day and thought, why not give it a shot? I bought a Ninja food processor about a year ago that's worth its weight in gold, and we have a Ninja air fryer, double basket, that churns out delicious food. I figured these products are great, why not try the coffee maker? This coffee maker works great. Hands down great. It has the carafe, which we've used only once out of curiosity, and it does not have a temp control like my dead Keurig. I don't necessarily mind that because the coffee is very hot when it brews. Warning, the k cup inserts that you might have to brew your own will not fit this machine. You'll need to buy the Ninja plastic k cups and fill them up. But since we don't do that it rates 5 stars. I am now a Ninja fan.

B. J. WrightB. J. Wright: I waited to write this review until I had used this pot for a month because I was wary of a new machine. I have brewed my daily cup in a Cuisinart pot for K-cups for nearly 20 years. I love that pot, but it is starting to die. I can't order the same pot I had before because they changed the configuration of that device. I also have a Nespresso original for espresso drinks, but we've always preferred the Cuisinart coffee maker with the Keurig k-cup configuration for our daily cup(s) of coffee. This pot is surprisingly inexpensive and is really versatile.
Here are the things that I love:
1) It brews good coffee. In the coffee carafe, I can brew a large 55 oz. pot of coffee when I have guests. There is a warmer to keep your coffee warm and it automatically turns on only when you are brewing with the carafe. The coffee pot is a traditional Melitta or Krups type configuration with the filter. The cone filter is my preferred filter as I don't like the taste of coffee brewed in a flat bottom filter. I can use my Melitta coffee filters, but I think you could probably use a gold filter too if you wanted to avoid the single use filters. You can compost the grounds and paper filter...
