Not happy at all upset that my window to return this is closed.!.don't buy this i bought it January 14th 2020 an it broke march 20th 2020 not a good coffee pot dont waiste ur money like me.

I did a lot of research. This coffeemaker had a 5 star review. 5 people thought it was wonderful, so I sent for it. This Posame coffee maker worked like a charm for 1 month and suddenly it stopped. Grantedmy husband and I are not the fastest computer users on the planet, but after patient time with this very simple machine
trying to make a pot of coffee, it was impossible. I'm returning it.

I selected this coffee pot because it was reasonably priced, had features i wanted (such as programming time and automatic shut down after 2 hours), and it looks nice. Well I am so happy! The coffee tastes great (I don't like weak, watery coffee), it has an easy to clean and remove reusable filter (no more paper filters!), The filter fits well so no coffee grinds in a freshly brewed pot, the coffee is hot and stays hot for the 2 hours, you can remove the pot mid brewing to pour a cup without making a mess. It's also very nice looking which is important because I leave it on the counter. I highly recommend this product!!!!

This Posame coffee maker is just about the right price you’d expect to make for a basic coffee maker. Its size is typical for your countertop (7.5” X 9” X 14”). At first, I was concerned that almost everything except the carafe was plastic. But the water in my area is filled with minerals that stain and the plastic proved to be easy to clean (I use distilled water for coffee).
It is a very simple to use coffee maker with two filters for the drip system. It makes up to 12 cups of coffee and the warm plate keeps the coffee hot. I did have a bit of trouble setting the clock and programming the coffee LCD to go off at a certain time in the morning, but then again, I could never reset a VCR (remember those?). The instructions are included and are very easy to follow. I am afraid I’ll be drinking more coffee now!
