Margaret Cameron: Because I have been WFH the last 2 years and don't do the walking like I used to I found my ankles hurt whenever I did a fair amount of walking. I bought these and everyone days I put them on even just sitting and walking around my place and I find the ankles strengthing. Not to heavy. Just right.i would definitely recommend

Lucia: I'm actually not using them. They're not hevay enough to justify using them, but the weight was publish so I didn't calculate correctly. The weights are effectively removable and are quite confortable

Emma Zaun: I find the product difficult to fasten tight especially on the wrists unless someone else helps u. The fastening method they designed is not practical for using it on your wrists and should be revised. Also the product is too bulky to be used practically for wrist weights. This product is really designed just for ankle weights and it should be advertised as such, you’ll be disappointed if your intent is to use it for your wrists. Otherwise it’s price point is great and the quality is surprisingly good for the price point.

Marsha: They are as advertised and were delivered on time. The only complaint I have us one of them is stained. Not sure if this meant it was an already used and returned item which would be a little gross. Other then that, they weren't damaged.
