Phyllis: I ordered this model because of the removable pan for cleaning. Best decision ever! It's a little confusing to figure out the temp and time because you can't set it for the exact temp the item you're cooking calls for on the package, but my husband has done very well figuring it out so he is the one who sets it when we cook. I absolutely love the removable tray for cleaning. I have no idea why anyone would want a basket style air cooker compared to one like this. We use it all the time and I expect to use it even more in the summer when I don't want to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen.

Myles Briggs: this was our first air fryer. it does work very well as far as thoroughly cooking in quick time. our issue is that when we put in items to make them crispy it does not live up to that same expectation from other air fryers or regular deep frying can. if you want a great device to cook meals quick and have great flavor and juiciness and not so much on crispiness then this is perfect for the price. We still use this at least 2 to 3 times a week. we have had this for a few months now as well. cleaning the bottom is super easy but cleaning the top is a bit more challenging. with all of this we are still happy with it for the price and continue to use it all the time

yvonne nieves: I like it because you have more space to cook more food in it, but the only thing I dislike about it is that the food takes long to cook. Maybe I have a messed up air fryer idk. But my other air fryer which is the Ninja is way quicker then the Elite gourmet.

Amanda: I received this item on Friday and I made, bacon burgers, nuggets, french fries and fried chicken. I would have to get used to adjusting the temperature for the home made french fries to cook them evenly. Clean up was easy no hot water just dishwashing liquid and tap water. I made pork chops today and steamed vegetables they came out great Sunday lunch was excellent.

MDrenbergMDrenberg: This fryer has been a great addition to my kitchen. I’ve cooked quite a few things in it so far and it works great. The food is flavorful, the fryer is very easy to use, easy to clean and has a lot of space available to cook larger items. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to add an air fryer to their home.
