Amazon Customer: The product is nice thick and appears sturdy, but I put in for two orders and the phone number on the second dog collar was not changed to the second number. Other wise I would order the product again.

Peggy: It’s heavy stuff for small puppies. Could be great for big ones. Also the color is darker than the picture. And the name plate has been scratched within two moths that the name is being faded!! So disappointing!!!

IrishMomIrishMom: Was worried that when I ordered this for my 23 pound boxer/Boston terrier that it would be cheap material and not a good value because the asking price was so low. Also, I was told it would be 2 months before delivery. HOWEVER, I would say my assumptions were dead wrong. The quality of craftsmanship amd materials was superb especially at this price point. Additionally, it delivered in less than 2 weeks (not months) at holiday time with COVID shipping delays. This was absolutely outstanding considering the circumstances outside of this vendor’s control.

TBT: I bought two of these collars for my dogs. I bought one extra small and one small one. They are very well made. However, when they arrived I realized the sizing for the small is way too big for my dog. I contacted the seller and he offered to send me a smaller one free of charge. Great customer service. 10/10 recommend!
