RC: I usually don't like to purchase any food items from Amazon. I was pretty hesitant to order these after reading a few negative reviews.I decided to get the "sulfured" ones after reading some pretty horrendous reviews regarding the organic, uninsured apricots. June 23, 2021 was the "best used by" stamped on the package. I tasted a couple and decided they would work. Repackaged the apricots and put them in the freezer. Would I buy them again? Probably not and I will stand by my previous statement of not purchasing food items from Amazon.

cautious consumer: Basically the fruit was good. Some were soft, squishy and had an odor which seemed a bit sour. Raises some question about if ALL fruit was evenly dried or not to prevent fermentation. Could be just the one bag.

LMBAI: I have order this item previously and was very happy. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a little disappointing, the apricots have a greyish tint to them and there is little flavor.

Greg: Last purchased in January & will again shortly.

Research shows that they are good for *at least* a year if refrigerated so I don't let the "best buy" date concern me too much. When I get them in I split them into 5 one pound groups, put them in zip lock freezer bags and into the frig. Keeps them fresh and I'm not opening the whole bag repeatedly. I just take out what I want and let them sift for a few minutes to get to room temperature for eating.

I am completely satisfied with the two 5 pound purchases I have made so far.
