Sonia: The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video, it came in a double sealed bags. Expiration date is 5 years from now . I haven’t used it yet but I’m very impressed with the packaging 👏👏

Monica: This is the second time I order this gelatin sheets. I use them to make “panna cotta”which is an easy but delicious dessert!
I tried to use agar agar powder and it didn’t work as well since it made the dessert a little “grainy”.
This product is flavorless (as it should) and provides firmness without compromising creaminess in my dessert.
My only complaint is that I used 1 sheet per 1/2 cup of liquid as directed in the package and my panna cotta was definitely way too firm. I followed the same recipe using less sheets and it came out perfectly.
