Jennifer: I have purchased many different clippers for my Great Dane’s thick claws. They have all been extremely ineffective as you have to apply force to cut through and by that time the dog has already had enough.
These Mighty Paw Dog Nail Clippers may just be the best purchase I have ever made with the exception if the Italian granite in my kitchen. But I digress… they cut like butter. Butter! No force necessary!! The dog was so happy she let me trim 10 nails… in one session!!!! I would give this product 10 stars if I could.

Lily-Rose: Good product, very sturdy. Been using for about 3 months and it's good as new; no parts are getting looser. Quite expensive for what it's worth, since it's honestly not greater than the 12$ one I already had....I wanted to buy a new nail clipper for my dog who just hate with a passion the moment when her nails are being clipper. I had hoped for a clipper that wouldn't make that big "clic" sound when the nail is being clipped but I was deceived. This clipper is just like any other one I've tried. It seems very sturdy, though.
