Monique: Perfect for making delicious gumbo to celebrate Mardi Gras--one of many celebratory dinners we added to our annual calendar to amuse ourselves during the Covid Pandemic. Just wish it came in a smaller quantity! We New Englanders probably won't have gumbo (or jambalaya) more than once or twice a year, so this container should last us about 20 or 30 years. But it's a good, well-priced product.

Tina the S.: Lovely, fresh-tasting, a perfect spice for salmon which I make often...Just sprinkle a liberal amount (to taste) on some fork-crushed-up canned salmon in a plastic container, add a Tablespoon (or to taste, but not too much!) of light mayonnaise to bind it all together, mix well, seal the container put it in the fridge, and the next day the flavors will have melded together to produce a salmon pate worth of any truly fine restaurant. This is my favorite brand of dill weed by far!! So it is a staple in my house. Dill also works well with cream cheese and other fish dishes, even does plain old canned tuna proud. And it is amazingly inexpensive for a very large amount.
