D. L.: (Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix) ---- Fabulous pork dry rub marinade.
Nothing else needed for succulent pork ribs. Just rub-in thoroughly,
let sit for 45 minutes or so, and broil/roast/BBQ as is your preference.
Never tried it for chicken or beef.
But for any kind of pork, it's a great flavor.
