TP: The device doesn’t remain off when turned off. I removed the battery so it would be usable the next time I want to use it. The measuring part seems to work well. And they did send extra batteries.

jasper b: love these calipers. they're just plastic, but they're not bad at all. they seem pretty accurate from what i can tell and they don't scratch up materials that im measuring. kind of wish the screen was backlit, but they're pretty great for the price.

John Stephen: This digital caliper is easy enough to use, and as far as I can tell it seems to measure things just fine. I couldn't rate it for accuracy, because I really don't have any way of knowing how accurate it is. But it works for me; I use it to measure the size of certain parts, so I know what size replacements to buy, and it has worked out fine. It does feel a bit flimsy, like if I knock it even gently on a desk or something, it will break. So I handle it pretty carefully. But for such a low price, who cares? I recommend them.
