Jan Clason: This is super big and you’ll need adequate space on a countertop — and it needs space around it [can’t be u- against a wall or another appliance]. It’s very powerful and I giggle when after I’ve cooked something it has changed positions and some of toppings have flown off —not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

Amazon Customer: Probably the best thing about this air fryer is the speed at which it preheats. Where I might have to wait 20 minutes for my big oven to get to 400 degrees, this air fryer can get to temp in three minutes. And of course everything mostly cooks to crispy with virtually no oil. I have some spray olive oil I’ve used just a couple of squirts of on one occasion. We’ve done the usual stuff; the most adventurous experiment was pork chops, which came out great! I’ve just put the 7-quart version on my wish list for when company comes.

DC: I originally had a smaller version of this and loved it but it quit after 4 years. Ordered the Instant Vortex AirFryer but wasn’t pleased with it, so returned and after research found this one. I have used it a few times and thoroughly pleased it is everything and more than the smaller version so will stick with with Power XL.

Gerri P.: I did a lot of research and found that this air fryer suited my needs. I made a tender delicious pot roast and another time tater tops. It has a lot of room for cooking and easy to clean. Would like more inserts but only a few as a backup. The price is over $30 and I don't need that many. Still don't know why the circle with various cooking symbols don't stay on so I can press what I want.
