I called on 5 occasions, on hold for an hour and half each time finally sent to a VM, left a VM each of the 5 times, no call back, then i emailed, zero response. I finally decided to return the product through Amazon, one catch though, if you do not contact them for their return label YOU pay for the shipping!!! Again i tried to contact them, but with no resolve...i learned the hard way NEVER to buy from the manufacturer again, don't let them fool you with the price...the product is garbage and the customer service to match!

SoccerDad: Don't buy a 209cc lawn mower if you're looking for a slow moving, easy starting, fuel efficient lawn mower. This thing is a mowing beast. It's fast; you have to put a little M-A-N on it to get it started, and it's only slightly less efficient than my previous mower. Previous mower cut the entire lawn on one tank; this gets through 3/4 of the lawn on one tank. It's a tradeoff.

E.: This is mower is very powerful, but it is difficult to start. If you stop for any reason, you will have to wait at least 25 to 30 mins before you get it to start again. The engine seemed to be made of solid material; it weights nearly 70lbs. However, some components of the mower don't seem to be of quality material. The padded handlebar tore as we assembled. The rear skirt is very flimsy. It got sucked under the mower and ripped to shreds. The back wheels are made of some hard plastic. It was difficult for the wheels to gain traction, so there was a lot of back-wheel spinning if the self propel was engaged while going up a damp incline. The self propel takes a little getting used to, as the mower can easily get away from you if you fully engage this feature. The walk is quite brisk when using the self-propelled mode. While mowing, a bolt that locks the handles in place disengaged because a small metal piece had slipped out from underneath its plastic housing. I spent half an hour scanning my yard for it. I wanted to like this mower, but too many warnings signs were going off for me to keep it. I saw both glowing and scathing reviews on this mower. I tend to...

pc: This is an inexpensive lawn mower. I have not yet found a way to control speed . . . if one exists. If it is running for awhile and you stop it. You will not be able to start it again until it has rested a while. It is very noisy. It actually cuts grass well, however.

D. Sopala: I would get it to start on 1 -2 pulls normally. It ran out of gas mid mow - so I added more gas to it and tried to start it - nothing - saw the reviews saying sometimes it won't start up again without it cooling down. So I let it cool down.... still nothing just a putt-putt-sputter-die. OK, maybe it's bad fuel I thought (fuel was 7 months old with STA-BIL in it)... So I drained the tank - went and got new fuel from the gas station and tried to start it - putt-putt-sputter-died. Ah I know it must be the carb! So I pulled the carb it was clean, but the actuation felt a little gritty I moved it by hand back and forth while spraying it with cleaner until it actuated smoothly. I figured while I am here I will pull the nozzle and such to make sure there are no clogs. They were all clean as can be I sprayed them with cleaner as well just in case... Then I reassembled the carb. got it back on the mower and tried to start it - nothing. This mower was a complete waste of time for me. When it runs it's great, but right now it is a huge paperweight.
