worst customer service ever. During normal business hours they are closed now i cannot return this garbage. My front yard is a 1/16 of a acer. I needed two batteries to mow the front alone. So in all actually the mower battery only mows a 1/32 of an acer. So make sure you buy lots of batteries to be able to use these products to complete your yard. I will need 6 batteries just to take care of my yard properly.. I don't think the technology is right to make people spend that much money on something that doesn't work right. And the bag is like for a toy it's way to small to do a 50ft strip of grass.and you will have to make several passes to make your lawn nice. However it did finally mow my front lawn. Now I have to wait until batteries are charged to mow the back. Hrs wasted. And today one week after delivery. The leaf blower is not working. This is a BAD product.

Cuts clean, even in deeper grass, plenty of power. Battery was weak on the first charge, but holds out well now for two cuts on a small lawn, about 15 mins or so each with power left. Pretty solidly built, and definitely saw other mowers that were flimsier but cost significantly more.

It took several charges to complete my back yard jungle. 3 - 5 mornings off to complete the job. So roughly 9 - 12 hours total. Second use went much better. The jungle was significantly shorter; so 2 batteries did the job as long as I walked faster. Love the convenience. No gas to lug around in the trunk any more.
