CoolDadCoolDad: After much deliberation, I finally decided to invest in this heat press, and it proved to be a game-changer. I had a crucial project looming, and the acquisition of this equipment promised to streamline the process. To my delight, the press was at my doorstep a mere 15 hours after I placed the order, enabling me to jump right into action.

However, upon unpacking, I discovered a noticeable dent on the control panel, significant enough to cause concern. Given that the affected side housed the power cord connection, I couldn't take any chances with a potential fire hazard. Now, I find myself back at square one, flip-flopping if I should get another heat press or not.

CC: This machine came highly recommended to me. I purchased it, it arrived quickly. Exactly like the manufacturer described it. I have used it already making about 50 shirts. No problems whatsoever. It’s very intuitive to use.

Rhonda: I got big hands, so it’s hard to move around under the heatpress without burning myself. The pad that slides around under the tshirt is annoying, any way to connect it to the machine?

Amazon Customer: Received my heat press yesterday. It took some time to fine tune the settings needed to adequately press the HTV I am using but that is expected. Machine looks great, arrived in good condition. It is a huge upgrade than the home iron I was using previously. My one complaint is that it seems that the heat is not uniform on the plates; I am pressing a large design for a bulk order of 80 pieces, and the bottom half of the design (the portion closest to me) does not press as well as the top, like hardly adheres and still sticks to the transfer paper after pressing. I have found if I set the design at the very top of the plates it presses somewhat better. Not sure if there is a way to fix this. Otherwise happy that this is saving me plenty of time and comparable price to the brand name cricut ones that are half the machine.

GioGio: It came in a big box already assembled so all I had to do was take it out and plug it in, it heats up super quickly and works really well. You can tell the metal is cheap metal but it doesn’t really matter. The heating surface heats unevenly for me but all I have to do is press on the shirt and then move it abit down and press it again just so it gets all of the design. Worked really well and I recommended it

Faisal Syed: I have had a recent interest in t-shirt printing, and heat transfer seemed like the best option for me. Of course, with heat transfer printing, you'll be in need of a heat press. So I spent a day or so searching the internet for the best heat printers in the business, as well as being affordable for almost anyone. With that in mind, it was pretty impossible to not hear anything about the PowerPress. I learned that this heat press is among the best in the business through many articles and review videos, so I decided to go for this one and give it a try. I read the reviews for this product, with many people saying the clamshell design (which I really like) applies way too much pressure and that they are unable to lift the top panel up. What I have to say about that is that even if you turn the pressure adjuster knob to the maximum pressure, it's still not that difficult to lift up. Unless you're a total weakling, I promise you that you'll be fine. However, one thing I will say is that this clamshell design can make it a little difficult to lay down shirts onto the silicone surface without burning your hands since an open panel will give you an approximate 45 degree angle opening....

Billy DBilly D: I must have sat and reviewed so many heat presses on Amazon. This one had great reviews but so did many others too. I kept flip-flopping my decision and eventually landed back to the PowerPress after seeing some video reviews. I wish I had not wasted so much time trying to find the perfect economical press because this one is EXCEPTIONAL!

This press does an awesome job. Sure, there is some inconsistency in the heat platen (about 10-15 degrees at times) but you are going to find this in a cheap hobbyist type of heat press. I'd worry more about the brand of HTV you decide to use and stick with the pro stuff like Siser or Color Theory.

I do some pretty large graphics on my press (see photo) and it does very well so far. The 15x15 area is much better than a smaller unit.

My Pros List:
The PowerPress heats up very fast (about 5-7 minutes to get to 315 degrees).
The adjustable timer and the "done" beep is a big help.
Nice rubber on the shirt pallet HAS NO SMELL AT ALL and is securely glued on.
Another selling point was the replaceable fuse and holder access if I ever needed to replace a fuse.

My Cons List:
It is very hard to pull the...

Jay Crue: I have had my Heat Press about 3 weeks now and have gotten to use it several times now.

The first thing I will tell you about this press is that there are absolutely ZERO, instructions and being as I have NEVER owned a Heat Press in my life I did not know where to begin. I was worried that the press was set up on Celsius not Fahrenheit, I was soo mad when I first plugged it in because all it would do was beeeeeeep at me. No matter how many times I pressed the buttons I couldn't figure out how to work the damn thing. Finally I unplugged it and off to youtube I went to hopefully find someone who had bought the same press as I made a instructional video.

Welp, I suppose no one who has bought this particular Heat Press has made a Youtube video yet or maybe I just couldn't find one.
Either way I was determined to figure this thing out. Maybe this review will help you when you get your Heat Press and want to start pulling your hair out too.

When I unboxed my Heat Press it was closed, Because it was closed I assumed that once I got it into my craft room I was to plug it in and away we'd go. WRONG. Open your heat press. They are not meant to heat up to temp with...
