These batteries are a identical replacement for the Dewalt 14.4 V battery system they fit in the tools perfectly. They seem to have a longer run life than the original batteries. Overall longevity remains to be seen.

have used these replacement batteries for almost 1 month...they hold there charge and give 16+ volts. only negative is the batteries are slightly larger than the OEM's. I had to adjust the hard case so that it would close but other than that I am more than satisfied.
