BrewCityRider: Both batteries charged right up in my OEM Porter Cable charger, and they fit both the charger and tools exactly the same as OEM batteries. I immediately put them to the test by running them to failure in my Porter Cable recip saw as I cut up a large downed 4-5 inch diameter silver maple branch. As you know, this is the maximum size branch that a recip saw can handle, and Silver Maple is the hardest wood known to man haha! Well, these batteries performed flawlessly and I was avble to get the job done with power to spare. Highly recommend these replacements when your OEM batteries fail as mine did after many years of service.

Fla Gator: Since I wrote the original review, the company has been in contact with me numerous times. They went out of their way to send new batteries to me, at their expense, on 2 occasions. One shipment got lost in the Xmas mail crush. This diligence on their part proves they truly care about their reputation and desire to exceed customer expectations.
The new batteries arrived well packaged and I have charged them. They both work properly at present, but I haven't had the opportunity to test them under workloads or to determine how long they hold a charge. That won't happen until my heavy spring projects.
I felt readers should know that the company cares about their product and customer satisfaction.

I had already replaced my original battery packs with some directly from Porter Cable. The results were disappointing. These are the same. I have charged them and stored them according to the instructions. They don't hold a charge for long and go flat fairly quickly. My next drill will be a lithium ion.

Lori Golden: Thus far, these “no brand” batteries are EXCELLENT. The charge was quick, it has held forever and it was the perfect fit for my drill. And who doesn’t love a Two-fer? Price for the two batteries is less than the purchase price of ONE brand name Porter Cable battery! I am delighted to always have a charged battery in case one peters out…if it ever happens! Seriously, this has been a great purchase for me! Highly recommend!

William E.: I had my doubts about buying these but others have rated them well so I took a chance. Well, I am glad I did, these batteries are slightly heavier then the originals although not sure what that actually means, if anything. Since batteries tend to die slowly over time I cannot say for sure how long these hold a charge versus the originals but I believe they are at least equivalent, if not better. They seem to fit better too and the spring release has a better feel to it than the original. Time will tell and I will update this if problems arise. But right now I think these are well worth the price and appear to be a high quality.
UPDATE 3/25/17 - I've been using for several weeks and am very impressed with their ability to hold a charge.
