Two batteries were received and both seemed to fully charge without issue, but the charge indicator worked on one but not the other. Since the button switch on the working one clicked and the non-working one did not, the fault appears to be a defective switch.
For my uses I need a charge indicator, but rather than return the batteries to Amazon, I contacted the seller directly. They responded promptly and offered to refund the battery with the non-working charge indicator, which was a fully acceptable solution. Other than the non-working charge indicator on one battery, both batteries seem to charge and work properly. The seller stood behind their product and I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

Heavy Handed:
Very weak batteries. they are more like 1.5ah. they're ok for backup, but not for big jobs.
UPDATE: So the seller called me today out of the blue and said they saw my review here and wanted to send me new batteries to replace the defective ones. Very nice lady on the phone. I was shocked that they went out of their way to make it right. So I've changed my initial rating from 3 to 5 stars and I will definitely order from them again.
Update #2: Received the replacement batteries in just a few days after they contacted me. I will cycle these new batteries and only update if they fall short. The seller (Powerxtra Store) did exactly what they said they would do and I am very happy with the seller
