Jorge González: Le dura bastante la carga, ampliamente recomendadas.

Zoidy: Great long lasting batteries. Once charged , if not using take them out and they take a long time to discharge so they still work. Great for toys that eat battery power.

RYAN FAULKNER: Imedion, must have! The charge keeps a huge amount longer than any other re-chargable batteries I've ever hade. I have these in AA too.

Alex Hills: There's not much one can say about batteries. I did knock the product down a star because they were not charged when I received them. I tried them in my thermostat and they did not work; after charging they were fine. I purchased these because of good review her and online, so we'll see if they live up to the hype. I also bought the AA (which were charged). I'll probably need more batteries and would definitely consider this product again.

A. R. Leonard: I have used Powerex for some years and they are my first choice for rechargeable batteries .
I use the Maha MH-C9000 WizardOne charger-analyzer with their AA and AAA batteries.
This does everything and gives you all the information you'll ever need for NiMH or NiCD batteries and charges each battery individually.
Expensive but well worth it (if still available).

William Taylor: So the batteries didn't come as pre-charged as I'd hoped or thought they would, but I gave them an initial charge and they seem to be doing well now. I'll post again if anything changes for better or worse...

oldpink: My performance criterion for Low Self Discharge rechargeable batteries is rather specific, and the three batteries I used before these of that design -- Sony, Duracell, and Ray-O-Vac -- all fell short of that criterion.
That specicic criterion was for a set of LSD AAA rechargeables that would provide three record/playback cycles of three full hours each (that's 18 hours total run time, not a mere nine hours, folks) on my  Olympus Digital Voice Recorder (VN 6000) .
The three brands of batteries I used with this recorder fell short of that requirement by over a half hour on the third playback cycle.
So, following the advice from battery guru reviewer NLee, I bought these.
I don't have one of the fancy smart chargers, only one of the inexpensive Energizer chargers you can get in any retail outlet for about $10, so all batteries were charged under the same conditions, without the benefit of the more advanced chargers.
I used the Powerex batteries straight out of the package, falling short of finishing my third playback cycle by about the same amount of time as with the previous three previous brands of batteries I had used.
That sounded good to me, knowing the...

Luke: BACKGROUND:

I wanted a NiMH AA/AAA charging system that would remove the "mystery-of-the-charge" and provide more confidence in the rechargeable batteries I purchase. So, I did a little research like everyone does (or should do) before buying an item that's intended to last for years (find "The Best (aa/aaa)Charger Guide by John Dziadecki on Amazon - excellent read). I decided to buy two 4-packs of Powerex AA 2700's and two of Powerex AAA 950's to supplement some Duracell 2650's, Kodak 2550's, Energizer 2500's and an assortment of generic 2300's. I also bought two chargers: the MH-C9000 and the MH-C800S.

For years I've used an assortment of chargers with idiot lights. I had no idea HOW MUCH of a charge those batteries were getting or whether they really held the advertised capacity. But, it was very clear (and frustrating), that some of these batteries and/or chargers were very limited (junk?). I'm not sure how many times I installed newly charged NiMH batteries into a digital camera only to have the low battery icon show up after a couple shots: "Hmmmm...how many of these batteries are duds?" And, generic battery testers really don't tell you much, i.e., how 'good'...
