DeeBlackDeeBlack: The media could not be loaded.  First things first. YES it is COMPLETELY smokeless. Easy setup. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Only knock if ur gonna knitpic is not completely even cooking temp across entire surface but pretty close. Slightly hotter to the far right and and center right than the rest of surface but still pretty damn good. I like my food closer to well done so may need a few more minutes than recommended by included recipe book but I love this device. I mostly cook boneless chicken breasts, steaks, and butgers and its as good as u can get for indoor and smokeless

RC Mom: I have used my Smokeless Grill multiple times. I so want to love it and have all benefits of grilled food; unfortunately, I am on the fence with loving it. I have owned a couple indoor grills, all less expensive than this Smokeless Grill. I can say they have grilled as good, if not better. However, this grill is better quality and larger capacity. Below is my take on the grill.
1: Originally, followed the directions with putting water in the bottom tray. The meat wasn’t getting that true grilled texture, sorta a steamed meat. Another reviewer shared he did not use any water. Since then, I no loner use any water as directed.
2: In order to get the grill affect, similar to outdoor grilling, I have found I have to set the temperature on highest temperature at all times.
3: I have not had a tissue with smoke as others have mentioned. My grill has not smoked one during any cook times, completely smokeless. :)
4: The grill is durable, attractive and easy to clean. So simple to disassemble and wash. All parts are dishwasher safe.
5: Grill is large and can grill a lot at one time.

MattyCAN: Wife loves it! Replace all the devices with this one. Having less smoke made a huge difference in our apartment, also the quality of the food turns out to be quite good as one may think it won’t taste same. I suggest buy and try it out as well! It’s better than toaster!

Kris McT: I ordered this product on the recommendation of my mother who was raving about it. I had an old one that smoked so I really didn't want to but you know moms. Anyway, it has not smoked at all so far. I've used it twice now - once to make pork chops using the grill and second time used the griddle. The clean up is very easy. It is a little bit of a pain having to remove the grill, heating element and pan to get to the water pan but all in all I would recommend it. We love to BBQ when the weather is good, but we live in Alberta and it can change in a heartbeat so it's nice to have an indoor option to grill that doesn't set off our smoke alarm.

Gibson59: Nice compact grilling unit and the smoke extractor works really well. Set up was a breeze and I was grilling right after I washing all of the components. Grilling works just fine and food cooks very evenly. I was surprised at how fast the food cooks and the grill marks look great. Don't expect outdoor barbecue flavour but overall, the taste is just fine. The glass lid does help seal in the flavour and so you should always cook with the lid on. If there is a down side, it's the cleaning. The hardest part is washing the grill which has many nooks and crannies for food to trap into. Otherwise it's perfect!

Catbird84: This is the best indoor cooking tool I have ever used....with one exception, albeit a big one....it is only ( for me anyway ) absolutely top notch for cooking steaks. They turn out perfectly, very juicy, the exact color of sear I desire on my steaks, and I like em rare, this will put a perfect char on the outside leaving the inside quite rare if I set it up to do so.

On the other hand, I had ZERO luck in trying to accomplish the same thing cooking chicken. To be fair, the model I bought did not come with any cookbooks, however, having cooked for over 50 years, I have a pretty good idea what it takes to at least cook chicken, in about anything I might add,. However, despite several attempts, including cooking chicken at a much lower temp for a longer time, I still find the outside of the bird always gets way to dark before the inside even gets to begin cooking.

Now, I have to admit that in my younger days, enjoying all of my meats very, very rare, I tried chicken only half cooked ( at best ) when I was young and considerably dumber than I am now ( which required some effort on my part! ) and noticed that like my steak, chops, roast, etc, the chicken had much more...
