Ann: So glad we bought this pool! Easy to set up and get started. Make sure you have a level area to set it up on. All parts were there and only took a day to get it going. Only complaint is the pump - it’s not very good at circulating the water. We will likely upgrade to a bigger pump/filtration system next summer.
We have been using salt water and it’s worked well for us so far!

Amy W.: I purchased my pool in January 2023, didn't set it up or turn the pump on until July 2023, the pump is defective - I have been on and off the phone with Bestway, they seem to know there is a defect with the pump, my claim was approved; however, they didn't ask for an address to ship the new pump, the new pump comes without a warranty, I spoke with "Joe" tonight, after being on hold for almost an hour, they will fed-ex the pump but will take approximately 5 day to receive, I asked him where they were going to ship it?? I did provide my address tonight, in the meantime, I have to continue to dump chemicals into the pool, the water is becoming cloudy and algae is gathering in the hoses, which are not replaced with the new pump, I have to pay for the water in the pool or to replace it and I have to pay for the chemicals to try to salvage the water - Bestway is not willing to help with any additional burden - per "Joe" "unfortunately we don't help with any of that". I would reconsider this company.

I am unable to answer the ease of assemble question as I paid for someone to set the pull up and unable to answer as to sturdiness because we are unable to use the pool.

I LOVE IT! ❤ So does my family. I'm purchasing color changing lights from Amazon to put up over the pool. I just received my solar color changing lights today. Can't wait to see how it looks together. Want to put plants 🪴 around the pool. We're just starting to redo the yard. Photo of pool after rain storm so it's a little leafy. More pictures when complete! The Raccons keep climbing the ladder to drink from pool haven't caught them yet. Just their little sandy foot prints left behind!
Pool filter is a piece of garbage! It quite working. My husband took it apart. it actually has a little aquarium propeller in it. This is good for a 20 gallon aquarium but not a pool filter! I'm not happy I gave to search for a new filter at the end of the season. My husband can fix anything. Fingers crossed! But it sounds like I have to find a new filter. werner32werner32: Is much better than I expected and personally think the price is amazing. However, you need to know the following.
YES!!! this must be on level ground because it's over 20 thousand litres. That is around 44 THOUSAND pounds. First-year what it comes with is good, the second year you will need to make some changes. The pump is good but not good enough for 20k litres, the cover is horrible and will need to be patched constantly with gorilla tape. For what it is I'm very impressed and the kids love it. Keeping it chlorinated is easier than a hot tub due to the volume of water. A floating device with chorine pucks is all I need for the season.

Cheryl: One hint I'd offer is that you buy your filter sand as soon as possible in the season, as it gets sold out. Easiest is to buy locally because shipping sand I'm sure would be costly. I also found youtube videos 'Dad stuff' specifically on how to set up this pool (even though I'm the mom setting this up ;) But he shows how to do it easily. We did get talcum powder to put on the poles to insert them into the lining and wow that makes such a big difference! Looking forward to finishing the set up and using our pool!
