Made french fries from scratch and couldn't believe how "fried" they tasted. Then "fried" fish sticks from scratch and and they, too, tasted fantastic. Did use a sprayer to spritz on olive oil. Hamburgers came out browned and juicy . Love that the basket comes in two parts which makes for very easy cleaning. Very intuitive to operate. The 3.4 quart size is good for two people, but would need a larger size for more people. Be sure to follow instructions to leave about a 3 inch space between unit and wall as the unit does get hot. Looking feorward to using the pans that came with the air fryer.

My first air fryer- got lots of capacity and does the trick. Haven't tried chicken drumsticks or wings in it yet but also is good heating up foods that were previously fried and bought fresh ie. refrigerated in a supermarket. We did panko crumbed cod in it on Friday and it was crispy outside and not dry on the inside.

Works great for cooking burgers, steaks, and "fried" chicken. Great for fries and other ways to cook potatos. We tried to air fry snapbeans and they were awful. It is fair to note that with the 3.4 qt model, your cooking surface is limited. You can cook one steak or 2 burgers at the same time. Fine for preparing a meal for two though. Use of the actual fryer is pretty easy and the controls are intuitive. Cleanup after you are done is a little more work than the sales videos would tell you. You can find plenty of online recipes or buy a book of recipes to prepare some delicious meals.

I bought this in September and finally used it last week. First off, it is very big so you will need ample storage space to hide it away when you are not using it. My first use of this product was to “Fry“ french fries. The fries came out crisp and delicious with no greasy feel. Sure, you can bake fries in the oven but I’ve never had them come out so crisp from an oven.
That same night, we cooked a piece of salmon in it and again, it worked great. You’ll have to adjust the timer to fit your cooking style but this thing has serious potential.

Wow! Fantastic! The info commercial is right on about how great this item is and how wonderful are the meals prepared in the unit. Yes, a convection oven might do the same thing, if you had a convection oven and if that oven operated as promised. But everything I have prepared in the Power Air Fryer XL, from dessert to steak, has turned out wonderful.. Some reviews have expressed negative issues with the Fryer. I have experienced none of those issues. I highly recommend this unit, particularly to folks who have busy lives but want quick, good, healthy meals.
