Kindle Customer: I purchased a Prow electric air compressor in April, 2021. I live in Wisconsin where some people think it get cold during the winters. During the winter of 2022 I was inflating a car tire in my garage when I accidently banged the electric cord which broke off inside the compressor. I have been able to use the compressor by gluing the broken part to the compressor housing. Unfortunately it only lasts for awhile and must be glued again. I recently decided to contact the company to get information on how I could get the compressor repaired and what it would cost. I sent them an online request and was asked for my Amazon order number which I found and sent back to them along with the date I purchased the compressor. It's been about a week since I sent this information and haven't heard anything yet. This morning my wife opened the front door and found a package from Amazon with my name on it. I was surprised because I haven't ordered anything from Amazon for awhile. When I opened it I found a brand new Prow air compressor. I guess I've heard from them now! Thank you Prow! Oh, and in case you're wondering, the air compressor works great. Set it to the...

Bo: I bought this product in April, 2023 and used once. The second I use it October 29, 2023, the air pump worked for 2 minutes, then stopped working. The customer service phone number only let you leave voice mails. I submitted web form or emailed the customer service, no acknowledgment of receiving my message. Really bad services.

Todd Reynolds: I received this unit a week ago. Very intuitive how to operate. Select your pressure setting push the start button and it fills to the desired setting and shuts off. Perfect.

Well, that’s until it pumped up the first bike tire. The unit ran for about 30 seconds, tire was full. Tried to pump up the rear tire and it kept shutting off after only a few seconds. Unplugged it, let it sit for 5 minutes. After over 30 minutes of trying everything but voodoo, two tires were filled.

Sent there customer support an email explaining the problem on Saturday. (Their support team is open 1-5EST Sunday through Thursday). On Sunday afternoon I tried calling but went directly to elevator music. Checked my inbox a little after 1 on Sunday and they had responded quickly with apologies and with no questions asked, mailed a new unit out Monday which I received Wednesday.

Ran the new unit through the paces today and it worked as advertised.

SG: This worked well in an actual flat tire situation, and it was capable of filling a spare tire easily to 60 PSI, capable of going higher if needed. Additionally, it is very easy to use without prior use or preliminary familiarization and experimentation, something desirable in a situation which could be unsettling or frustrating already. I can see a teenage or elderly motorist being able to operate this device as well with little or no help.

One in essence 1) selects AC or DC power on the device (likely DC when traveling as one will likely plug it into the car cigarette lighter/DC power plug inside the car cabin), 2) plugs in the device into the power source, 3) screws the device's air hose onto the tire valve stem, 4) turns on the device, and 5) sets the pressure with the physical buttons on the top of the device according to the recommended tire pressure for the tire being inflated (usually printed on a sticker on the inside of the car frame where the driver door meets the frame revealed by opening the car door, or in the case of a spare tire, one looks on the rubber of the spare tire itself). The device will continue filling the tire with air until it...
