PopYum 5oz Anti-Colic Baby Bottle with Formula Dispenser

CrzyCatLadiie: We used the bottle for the first time today and I absolutely love the concept, BUT the one reservation I have is about the nipple. My baby currently uses Dr. Browns narrow bottles. He had a very hard time trying to retrieve the milk from the nipple on this bottle because it is way too short. I bought one of his regular bottles with me on this outing just in case, because I anticipated he’d have a difficult time. He eventually found his rhythm, but the shape of his mouth on the nipple was all wrong and he was sucking so hard that the silicone base was being sucked inward; it got so squished up that it started to detach from the sides. I thought all the milk was going to run out! That would’ve been disastrous!

I purchased these for travel as we have friends and family that live in other states, but I think I want to him to practice using these more so he doesn’t experience nipple confusion. Im hoping the the fact that the nipple almost detached was just a one off thing. Im glad I used it today for a simple outing vs traveling states away and this being the only bottle available with us on the road.

PopYum please make a longer nipple!

jennie: These bottles were a game changer! My son has been waking up 2-3 times in the middle night wanting a bottle. This has been SUPER helpful getting him his bottle quickly, getting him back to sleep, and then of course getting mom back to sleep! Very easy to assemble. Even on the go on out long road trips to grandma’s house. Definitely recommend!

cee18cee18: this bottle is wider than an average bottle but the baby is holding it with no problem. It seals tight so no leaking, easy to open and clean, nipple is a good firmness and size. Haven't exactly figured out the powder holding section yet. Baby's mom took out the piece that goes in there and just pours formula powder in and shakes. Good to go. Bought this as a gift for travel.

Adis S.: Ok so I’m surprised at how awesome this product is! I purchased the smaller size / set of 2 to test out before getting the larger sizes.

Thoughts- Super practical for Traveling or quick outings where you don’t need the mixed bottle immediately. I didn’t love the obnoxious color offerings- could be more modern shades but beggars can’t be choosers?! It also saved me the other day when I left my pump at work and needed to send formula to daycare! I showed the teacher how to do it and she said it worked out perfectly!

Cleaning wasn’t too difficult- I would just suggest rinsing immediately when you can. I do wonder what happens if you lose the little plastic piece that falls inside allowing the powder to mix with the water?? Wonder if you can buy that piece as a spare part?? Hmm well, for now not worried about it..will be careful not to lose it.
I will be purchasing the larger size for an upcoming trip!

K&CK&C: I wanted to write a very detailed review because I couldn't quite understand how these worked from the advertisement pictures.

I originally bought these bottles because I live where it's very hot and humid. I wanted a way to take bottles with me without having to constantly open a formula canister, where it might go sticky. We also go to the beach a lot and I didn't want anything blown in. I thought these would be useful for going out.

These things are actually AWESOME for going out, because I can have a bottle ready as soon as the baby starts to fuss. We've taken these to softball games, cons, and our monthly Dungeons & Dragons sesh. People barely notice the baby because we can plug her hungry mouth so quickly lol.

I had planned to use a Baby Breeza Formula Pro at home, but we used ready to feed bottles for the baby's first two weeks, and by then it seemed better not to get her hooked on warm bottles.

Our precious baby still wakes up to eat every two hours, 5 weeks in. I spilled water on her brand new social security card I was so dang tired fixing a bottle at night. Here's the unexpected benefit of these bottles - I can prep all 3 before I go to...
