kayne gilcris: The product is great as we have used it for our baby for months when other probiotics made her sick. Very happy with the product itself but not happy with the delivery service today.
The delivery person placed item in my metal mailbox and it was 83 degrees here today. When I retrieved the package, I could feel the hot bottle inside of the box. There is no return option for this item but I will not give it to my baby as it is likely no good now. A wasted $20 because someone was too ignorant to bring it to my door and knock.

Smiley: The media could not be loaded.  First, let me say, I love this brand. I have used their products for my lactose son and saw a huge difference in his bowl consistency.

With that being said, I gave this a try for my new little one and I hate this bottle. The liquid is very oily which makes it sticky and slow coming out of the bottle. I’m exclusively breast-feeding and this bottle just doesn’t work with that.

The drops are too slow and slow down after the first couple ones making it impossible to drop directly into the mouth. The liquid absorbs into the skin right away so your little one doesn’t get the full dose when putting it on your nipples or finger.

Since my little one is eating food, I put the drops on a cracker or in baby food, which is more manageable. However, you still have the slow and inconsistent drops.

Overall I recommend this product itself but being a mom of four, this bottle has an inconvenience delivery method.

Update: Love their customer service! They reached out to me about my bottle issue and I was issued a replacement. I have not had the same issue with this bottle as the inconsistent drop size.

Esther: Read lots of reviews and everyone was saying how hard it is to get the drops out and I found a helpful hack that might help some of you! So you get the lid and it’s ribbed and you circle it round the ribbed glass at bottom of the bottle and it draws the drops out easily and have had no dramas

It’s been an amazing product and cleared up my daughters eczema under her eyes

WHShah: Product seems to be working well for my 10month old eczema but the product is a pain to get out. Trying to shake into a milk bottle and it's all over my hands. Didn't have ant issues the first week do assuming the bottle design is faulty.
Due to having to shake into a bottle you can't give it direct into mouth.
Great product poor bottle design. A dropper would have been great.
