The app was trying to connect to the device but it was not possible even after a reset. The watch was showing incorrect time now (it worked fine before). It measured steps and supposedly heart rate and blood pressure. I initially paired it with my phone and it was sending notifications about emails received as long as the phone was on Bluetooth. The app automatically connected it. It was not necessary to do anything except have the Bluetooth on. But later, after not being charged for several months, the watch was not connecting. I followed the support instructions here (forget the device and re-pair with bluetooth and the app). It works properly again.

Don from canadaDon from canada: I bought the watch especially because I have a heart condition and it has both heart beat monitor and blood pressure monitor too. They both work really well. The battery life is very good. It's very bright and easy to use. The only downfall, is the step count thing on it is way off, I looked up the step thing on internet,, apparently it's the same on most of these kinds of watches. However I don't need a step counter,, heart and BP, will save your life. Steps to get to the fridge, from the livingroom, to the bathroom and the bedroom. Who cares about that anyways.

The only thing accurate is the statement "This is not a medical device."
Pros:
1. Inexpensive
2. Tells time & weather
3. Player function works with your music apps
4. sp02 readings seem reasonably close but inaccurate.
5. Find Phone feature may be handy for some folks. It makes max volume noise on your phone to help you locate it.
6. Long battery life, lasted over a week before needing a charge.
7. Waterproof
Cons:
1. BP & HR readings are comically off. The 'graphs' displayed are merely the same static watch image. Tested against ambulance & hospital monitors and 'close but no cigar' is as good as it gets. Must be worn on inside of wrist and held firmly against the skin at your pulse point to get anything even remotely close to accurate, otherwise readings of around 50% are standard for heart rate.
2. No watch faces with the HR, BP & sp02 readings visible, only the incredibly inaccurate step counter & equally useless calorie burn count.
3. Pedometer counted 2000 steps while I was laying in a hospital bed, 5 feet from a bathroom. If I actually hit 200 that would be a shock, let alone 2k.
4. No way to...

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 I've used to track my steps, heart rate and stairs for several years now, and it does a great job with that. However, I have never understood why the more expensive smart watches and fitness trackers do not offer BP and blood oxygen level measurement options also.
I bought a set of ankle bands for my Fitbit and wear it there now (and get MUCH more accurate step counts than when wearing it on my wrist) and began a search for an affordable smart watch that measures BP and O2 levels.
Over the past six months, I have bought and tried out six different BP smart watches from Amazon and returned four of them because of their extremely inaccurate algorithms used to calculate BP. The worst one was always at least 16 mmHg off systolically and 8-10 mmHg off diastolically. Also, the accompanying apps were nothing to write home about.
I had just about given up when I found this watch, decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! This is hands down THE most comfortable watch of any kind I have ever had on my wrist! It's very lightweight and the band is so soft and pliable I forget I even have it on! I love the style and for...

brian tran: Nice watch to monitor your daily activities. I've been testing the BP function and found that The BP reading is not accurate at all! It always gives the same reading result 131/82 (+/- few points)
I compared my BP reading from another monitor after an intense bike ride. 80/65 vs the same 131/81 on the watch..
