ashlee: I Haven't been super consistent with my routine but when I do use this brush I do feel properly exfoliated for sure. I noticed the bristles are a bit harsh and even scratched my skin. This could be because I haven't soaked the bristles though, I am not sure. I have heard some people say if you soak the bristles in warm water, let it dry, and then use it, that it works much better.
