Valerie MacLaren-Reid: I had a problem with the first unit I got, but after talking with the manufacturer and trying some things they sent me out a new unit. The automatic reseting is gone but the microphone is still poor. Im going to get a external microphone and that will fix the problem. The display is great and i love the clear sound.

Keith Wyatt: This is a long review so I apologize, but I feel it is important that I give a full accounting of my findings with this unit.

First unit I received popped and smoked as soon as the battery power was reapplied to the car after installation despite all connections being correct. Amazon was very good about getting a replacement sent out and I received that quickly. The second unit powered on using the exact same connections as the first unit, verifying it wasn't the connections that caused the first to fail.
Once the unit booted you are presented with a generic Android launcher screen much like a tablet. The radio functions adequately, though the app is very limited and the unit itself only supports the FM band. The backup camera also works well and the unit will automatically switch to the camera provided the reverse sensing wire on the unit's wiring harness is connected to a wire in the car that gets +12v when the car is put in reverse. The camera has 12 bright white LEDs which come on when the camera is activated (I connected the camera's power to the +12V line to the reverse light) which makes backing in the dark easier. The seller got in touch with me following my negative review to see if anything could be done. While in the end, her solutions to my issues (such as the clock not working) were unsuccessful, I was impressed by the follow-up; it shows care for the product and the customer. Not sure I can change my mind about the head unit, but I can about the seller; they are wonderful.

I am somewhat tech savvy, and patient when it comes to technology know-how and troubleshooting---yet this head unit with its problems truly challenged my technological grace, so I must apologize for the length of this review. In case you don't make it to the end, allow me to list the issues which plague this product:

•Music track information does not display.
•Clock reverts to incorrect time, even when set correctly.
•Unit won't recall last volume settings, reverts to nearly mute upon restart.
•Touch screen volume is not very responsive.
•Menus filled with cringey translation typos, such as displaying "File no Found."
•Operation is laggy, like an iPhone 4.
•Handsfree call mic unusable, no way to add better one.
•Unit will not pair...

Guillermo Lopez: The product is nice and light with a solid very quick and reactive screen which makes it very easy to deal with, the sound is pretty great for the price and the fact that you CAN connect to a speaker system makes it all the better. The back up camera is a Huge plus and very functional and honestly very easy to install. I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2016 and it wasn't the Best option for it ONLY because of fitting issues, BUT I am very inventive so I managed to deal with it well enough that it worked out great... With that said, I will Also have to state that even with the purchase of a CH1 and RR1 (an extra $206) there was something wrong with the connection (green to gray cables) that make the radio turn off every time I went less than 20mph and kept going on and off like that until I had to figure it out for myself... Even though the Maestro RR1 is supposed to work as the "mainframe" that connects the functions of the vehicle to the radio it didn't exactly do the job at the beginning. Although I did absolutely Everything by the book, I still had to reconnect cables outside of the instructions to make it functional.

Shteez: The media could not be loaded.  I really like it but I had to buy a new GPS antenna " the one with the unit didn't work " and sometimes when I open a new app I still hear the previous app music... were I download new wallpapers.. and were I can find a complete user manual?
I still working on it but so far I'm happy

Khanh Nguyen: When I read reviews of the stereo, I've decided to give it a try, it was an extremely bad decision. The stereo is so bad and I was surprised Amazon is selling this kind of product.
Below is summary of how bad it is:
- FM frequency lost every 30 minutes.
- When play USB, the radio keeps playing, so there is 2 sounds at the same time
- Google maps is very slow and is late on showing the route
- Bluetooth phone connexion is possible but people can't hear you, plus the sound is very bad
- The stereo does not come with a backup camera, so I bought one aside, and my garage tried with their without success, the view flickers and disconnect, all radio functions stop when on reverse.
- My garage charged me $300 for labor, so I'm very disappointed with this purchase and have already returned the product.

Seller kept emailing me: don't worry and offered a free camera, which he or she never understood, it is the stereo that is bad, not the accessories.

After losing $300, I will be more careful next time, and hope Amazon filters products prior to selling them.
