Master: Will definitely help you sweat, but this is not going to hide under your clothes. It's thick and bulky neoprene. Would be a pain to wash everyday/ week. Takes up a fair amount of drawer space. Great quality, sturdy zipper, nice velcro, just not what I needed.

Sizing was a bit off, I measured and ordered corresponding size but it was too big. It does stay in place. There was no bunching or rolling. Definitely helped with posture and helped me keep good form.

ElisabethElisabeth: Ordered this to help trim down my waist line. A mom of a 7 year old and gained weight during the pandemic. Wanted to really shrink my mid section before summer. This is comfortable to wear around. I got a medium. It was definitely a tight fit, but it went on after about 10 minutes. It is a little tight as to be expected out of the box. But I always run into the problem of things being too short for my torso. This fits very nicely length wise.

When I first ordered this waist trainer I could barely get it on and now it fits like a glove and pretty soon I will get to size down to the next level. Talk about a workout wearing this! Wow, it makes me sweat and has helped me loose a couple of inches around my waist. I use this during my morning walks and when I get home my waist is soaking wet. I also wear it during an elliptical workout and weights and this keeps my core working. I did not size down while ordering this item. Instead, I ordered one size up and it works out perfectly. If I had ordered one size down, I would never be able to get it on or take it off myself.

The waist trainer is made out of almost the same material as a diving suit. It really gets hot while wearing. After I am done using it, I hang it up to dry. Before I put this on, I first put on a very light camisole shirt then, I will put my waist trainer on. I do not want this directly on my skin so a thin shirt does the job without causing any bulkiness. The velcro on this waist trainer is very strong and holds well. It is very well made and will last me a long time...
