banniebannie: So like im happy for the extender came with it. Once i tried to put on the waist trainer, it wouldn’t fit. So i was going to return it and get another one up a size. I got an XL my usual size and i already ordered another XXL just incase the XL didn’t fit. But what i did to make it fit, i latch 2nd or 3rd bottom row and put it over my head and started doing the top row and went on down from there i missed like 2 latches in the process but its fine. The downside is the top 2 latches keep unlatching so i put it on the 3rd latch and it stop unlatching the struggle i went through🙃 but i still recommend going up a size to avoid going through all of this. But I will be wearing this quite often to look snatch tho💅

Sarah Mason: This helped me SO much after having my baby. It was comfortable and gave me lots of back support. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is difficult to get the latches started. But once they’re started, it goes pretty fast.

Adna: Si tu talla de cintura esta en el limite de 2 medidas, pedir la mas chica, ya que yo pedí la mas grande y me quedó algo floja, pensando en que con algunos productos pides tu talla y te queda choca, la mia estaba al limite entre 2 tallas y pedí la mayor, fue mi error, pero les aconsejo para que no les pase lo mismo, es un excelente producto!

ElleElle: The media could not be loaded.  This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn't fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I'm sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste...

ShelbyShelby: I got this to help with my posture “hyperlordosis“ & fat shaping while I’m currently done bulking & am now cutting. I’m normally a small, sometimes medium in shirts. Due to the reviews saying to size up, I got the medium. In the photo I only have it clipped on the last row, but I actually wear it on the middle row - without the extender, which was included if you’re worried about what size to get. So the Medium size is perfect for me, but I could have gotten away with the small as well. I followed the sizing instructions, especially for the length needed. I even checked with my trainer that it didn’t need to be longer & she said it was perfect. I don’t have the issue of “cone boobs” like some, but mine are also smaller, 34 A-B cup. As well as no rolling issue, even while working out. I’m 5’10” - long legs not necessarily torso & I got the H - Black 10.23 Length. Pant size is 27 or 4. I didn’t measure my waist 😅 There’s only a small scent, it’s comfortable, I can breathe fine, it’s only day one so I’m not sure if it will irritate or stretch.

CruzCruz: Quedé fascinada con la calidad de la cinturilla, los broches son resistentes, ya que existen otras cinturillas donde los broches se empiezan a descoser y el material suele romperse en calidad es bastante buena, yo pedí una talla XS y me quedo súper bien ya que normalmente son talla M ( TAL VES POR LA TALLA QUE YO PEDÍ SENTÍ QUE NO ESTIRA MUCHO, PERO TAMPOCO BATALLÉ PARA PONERLA ) , no lástima y es muy cómoda…

Chris: Starting with a 27 inch waist, I first got a X-Small B-Black, and I loved it. Easy to put on/take off. Then I decided to try the XXX-Small (once I dieted, exercised, etc., to achieve a 25 inch waist). They didn't have the B-Black version available in that size (at the time), so I purchased the D-Black. I ended up throwing it away . . . the main problem was the TEETH.

The teeth on the D-Black "get stuck" . . . you can put it on (very difficult to do, may I add . . . I had to use gloves!), but you can't take it off without tearing up your hands (if you can take it off at all . . . without cutting through it with a scissor/ruining the product, which I ended up having to do to mine). In fact, I noticed that even trying to connect/disconnect the teeth of the product without even having it on was VERY difficult! The D-Black doesn't stretch well (like the B-Black does) either, but again, it's the teeth that's the main problem (not the stretch). And ironically, it's $10 more than the B-Black!

Just got a XX-Small B-Black, and it was easy to put on AND take off (just as my original X-Small B-Black was), but the smallest adjustment on it isn't as tight as I thought it would be....
