First I bought some magnetic tiles for our kid. When we see our kid likes it a lot, then we started gifting it to other kids. These tiles are great for kids aged 3 years and up. Durable, good variety of tiles, magnets are good too.

My GS loves these building toys! He received a small set for Christmas & I just had to get him more, so he could build bigger! We have such fun with these! I played with Lincoln Logs. These are magnetic, colorful gems that stimulate his creativity! Thank you!

These seem sturdy and work well. Easy to assemble and my 3.5 year old kids are enjoying them. These are more affordable than other options, but I think you have to buy two of them to really make something grand. There aren't enough square pieces and too many triangle pieces. I bought another set of 60 and that seems like a good amount.
Update. After several weeks of play, some of the pieces are breaking apart and the magnets are coming out. I'll still leave it at 5 stars because they're cheaper than comparable brands and they held up fairly well after heavy use.
