Kyle Parsons: The brackets came exactly as ordered. Well made and appear to be durable. There’s a bit of weight to them for two brackets which is good in my opinion considering they’re holding up my mini split unit. No issues as all with the install. Well worth the money.

Uncle TimmyUncle Timmy: Attached them to a block wall. Ended up buying some screws and plugs rated for 200 lbs. Hammer drilled the holes, banged in the plugs, made sure it was plumb and level.
Came with nice pads that attach to the brackets. Worked great!

S.P.: It handles my 9000 BTU Senville LETO series weight for now but as others mentioned feels a bit flimsy and shorter than desired from the wall.

rustyshakelford2: I hung these on an exterior clapboard wall using a few decking screws and was able to hang my whole 300lb bodyweight from them without them flexing. The lateral strength probably isn't as good but vertical is 10/10. Once you bolt the condenser down that's all that matters.

ChristopherChristopher: Got mine and it would not open the whole way. Had to unscrew hinge. Also it should really come with 16 washers 8 for masonry bits and 8 for ac bolts. Other than that it works seems sturdy

Charles Olcott: I can't swear to every unit out there and how it'll fit. I will say though, that for my particular condenser, the holes on the feet were 17 1/4" on center. That's certainly not the fault of these brackets, but there is very limited side-to-side adjustment to account for any offsets needed. More hole options or spacing would go miles towards making this easier to use for a wider variety of users. As it was, I just re-drilled two more holes on each more towards the inner edges of the uprights which allowed me to use lag bolts (sourced separately since it only includes what appear to be masonry anchors and bolts) to screw directly into wall studs through my outside wall. After that, it feels fine, but the fact that I have to modify them to make them fit, when there should easily be more adjustment is a little off-putting. I could even accept having to perhaps just elongate a hole a smidge, but nope. Oh well, they're installed, and seems solid enough.

JB: Very simple install, and preferred over a ground install. I mainly wanted to keep it from snow and allow access below for landscaping. I just measured 20" on center to match my Heatpump, and mounted using my own bolts. I would say it can handle 60 lbs, and i would hit it with paint annually to minimize rust.
