Amazon カスタマー: 爪の縦じまを消すために100均の電池式で気長に磨いていましたがパワー弱く時間がかかっていましたが、これはコンセントからの給電なのであっという間に終わります。写真だとと大きく見えますが、メガネケースに入る大きさです。短所は使用後、爪の細粉？がマシン全体に付着し、細い穴や溝に詰まります。手持ちブラシで払うも、防水加工でないのでパーツの穴からマシン内部へ多少は入ると思われ、長期使用に耐えられるか些か不安ではあります。

Jewlee: This little drill works great on my gel nails. It came with extra sanding tips and many metal attachments. I like that I can control the speed of the drill to get the correct speed. Very lightweight and easy to use.

Amazon Customer: it gets the job done but sometimes if i don’t have it on a higher speed, it will slow down and eventually stop which worries me. also the chord is v short so i have to hold it at awkward angles sometime ://

Janet Moore: Sometimes I noticed that when you use it too long it starts to over heat and stops. So I going use these for a spare and ordered a better one. But it still does the job.

PittPenguins16433: Received this product fairly quickly. However, the box was damaged. The product looks nothing like what is pictured. Mine was pink. The product was also very, very light and no instructions came with. I plugged the unit in and turned it on, however, it did not turn on. I thought maybe I didn't have it connected properly, so I tried again. Still not working. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made, too light to be considered of good quality. When I contacted the seller to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the postage to return a defective item. Not happy at all. Return postage would cost just about as much as I paid for the unit. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money as I did!

UPDATE:
I have since contacted the Seller and told them about the situation. The seller agreed to send me a new one. I did receive the new one, tried it out and it works great! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. You are to be commended!
